Li\u1ec1u c\u00f3 th\u1ec3 t\u0103ng l\u00ean t\u1edbi 20 &#8211; 25 mg\/kg (mefloquin base) (t\u1ed1i \u0111a 1,5 g) \u1edf v\u00f9ng kh\u00e1ng thu\u1ed1c.   <\/p>\n<p>    Tr\u1ebb em: 15 mg\/kg u\u1ed1ng 1 l\u1ea7n ho\u1eb7c chia l\u00e0m 2 &#8211; 3 l\u1ea7n, c\u00e1ch nhau 6 &#8211; 8 gi\u1edd.
