S\u1ed1 l\u01b0\u1ee3ng polyp m\u00e0 m\u1ed9t ng\u01b0\u1eddi c\u00f3 th\u1ec3 c\u00f3 trong \u0111\u1eddi dao \u0111\u1ed9ng t\u1eeb kho\u1ea3ng 5 \u0111\u1ebfn h\u01a1n 100. H\u1ea7u h\u1ebft c\u00e1c polyp \u0111\u1ec1u l\u00e0nh t\u00ednh (kh\u00f4ng ung th\u01b0), nh\u01b0ng n\u00f3 th\u1ec3 l\u00e0m t\u0103ng nguy c\u01a1 m\u1eafc ung th\u01b0 \u0111\u01b0\u1eddng ti\u00eau ho\u00e1, ch\u1eb3ng h\u1ea1n nh\u01b0 ung th\u01b0\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/yhoccongdong.com\/thongtin\/ung-thu-da-day\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>d\u1ea1 d\u00e0y<\/strong><\/a>,\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.cancer.net\/node\/31377\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>ru\u1ed9t non<\/strong><\/a>,\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/yhoccongdong.com\/thongtin\/ung-thu-dai-truc-trang\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>\u0111\u1ea1i tr\u00e0ng<\/strong>\u00a0v\u00e0\u00a0<strong>tr\u1ef1c tr\u00e0ng<\/strong><\/a> trong c\u00e1c gia \u0111\u00ecnh c\u00f3 JPS.<\/p>\n<p>Nghi ng\u1edd JPS khi c\u00e1c tri\u1ec7u ch\u1ee9ng v\u00e0 ti\u1ec1n s\u1eed gia \u0111\u00ecnh ph\u00f9 h\u1ee3p v\u1edbi b\u1ea5t k\u1ef3 \u0111\u1eb7c \u0111i\u1ec3m n\u00e0o sau \u0111\u00e2y:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>C\u00f3 h\u01a1n 5 polyp juvenile \u1edf \u0111\u1ea1i tr\u00e0ng v\u00e0\/ho\u1eb7c tr\u1ef1c tr\u00e0ng<\/li>\n<li>\u0110a polyp juvenile trong su\u1ed1t \u0111\u01b0\u1eddng ti\u00eau h\u00f3a<\/li>\n<li>C\u00f3polyp juvenile b\u1ea5t k\u1ef3 s\u1ed1 l\u01b0\u1ee3ng v\u00e0 c\u00f3 ti\u1ec1n s\u1eed gia \u0111\u00ecnh m\u1eafc polyp juvenile.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><strong>Nguy\u00ean nh\u00e2n g\u00e2y ra JPS?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>JPS l\u00e0 m\u1ed9t b\u1ec7nh l\u00fd di truy\u1ec1n.\u00a0\u0110i\u1ec1u n\u00e0y c\u00f3 ngh\u0129a l\u00e0 nguy c\u01a1 m\u1eafc b\u1ec7nh polyp v\u00e0 ung th\u01b0 c\u00f3 th\u1ec3 \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c truy\u1ec1n t\u1eeb th\u1ebf h\u1ec7 n\u00e0y sang th\u1ebf h\u1ec7 kh\u00e1c trong m\u1ed9t gia \u0111\u00ecnh.\u00a0C\u00e1c nghi\u00ean c\u1ee9u cho th\u1ea5y c\u00f3 2 gen li\u00ean quan t\u1edbi JPS l\u00e0\u00a0<em>BMPR1A<\/em>\u00a0v\u00e0\u00a0<em>SMAD4<\/em>.\u00a0M\u1ed9t \u0111\u1ed9t bi\u1ebfn (bi\u1ebfn \u0111\u1ed5i) trong gen\u00a0<em>BMPR1A<\/em>\u00a0ho\u1eb7c gen\u00a0<em>SMAD4<\/em>\u00a0l\u00e0m t\u0103ng kh\u1ea3 n\u0103ng ph\u00e1t tri\u1ec3n polyp juvenile v\u00e0 ung th\u01b0 \u0111\u01b0\u1eddng ti\u00eau h\u00f3a trong su\u1ed1t cu\u1ed9c \u0111\u1eddi.\u00a0Kh\u00f4ng ph\u1ea3i t\u1ea5t c\u1ea3 c\u00e1c gia \u0111\u00ecnh m\u1eafc JPS \u0111\u1ec1u c\u00f3 \u0111\u1ed9t bi\u1ebfn trong\u00a0<em>BMPR1A<\/em>\u00a0ho\u1eb7c\u00a0<em>SMAD4.<\/em>\u00a0C\u00e1c gen kh\u00e1c \u0111ang \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c nghi\u00ean c\u1ee9u m\u1ed1i li\u00ean quan c\u1ee7a ch\u00fang v\u1edbi JPS.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>JPS \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c di truy\u1ec1n nh\u01b0 th\u1ebf n\u00e0o?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Th\u00f4ng th\u01b0\u1eddng, m\u1ed7i t\u1ebf b\u00e0o c\u00f3 2 b\u1ea3n sao c\u1ee7a m\u1ed7i gen: 1 \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c th\u1eeba h\u01b0\u1edfng t\u1eeb m\u1eb9 v\u00e0 1 t\u1eeb b\u1ed1. JPS tu\u00e2n theo ki\u1ec3u h\u00ecnh di truy\u1ec1n t\u00ednh tr\u1ed9 tr\u00ean NST th\u01b0\u1eddng, trong \u0111\u00f3 ch\u1ec9 c\u1ea7n m\u1ed9t \u0111\u1ed9t bi\u1ebfn x\u1ea3y ra trong 1 b\u1ea3n sao c\u1ee7a gen \u0111\u00e3 l\u00e0m t\u0103ng nguy c\u01a1 m\u1eafc b\u1ec7nh. \u0110i\u1ec1u n\u00e0y c\u00f3 ngh\u0129a l\u00e0 b\u1ed1 m\u1eb9 mang m\u1ed9t \u0111\u1ed9t bi\u1ebfn gen c\u00f3 th\u1ec3 truy\u1ec1n cho con m\u1ed9t b\u1ea3n sao c\u1ee7a gen b\u00ecnh th\u01b0\u1eddng ho\u1eb7c m\u1ed9t b\u1ea3n sao c\u1ee7a gen c\u00f3 \u0111\u1ed9t bi\u1ebfn. Do v\u1eady, m\u1ed9t \u0111\u1ee9a tr\u1ebb c\u00f3 b\u1ed1 m\u1eb9 b\u1ecb \u0111\u1ed9t bi\u1ebfn c\u00f3 50% kh\u1ea3 n\u0103ng th\u1eeba h\u01b0\u1edfng \u0111\u1ed9t bi\u1ebfn \u0111\u00f3. Anh, ch\u1ecb em ho\u1eb7c b\u1ed1 m\u1eb9 c\u1ee7a ng\u01b0\u1eddi b\u1ecb \u0111\u1ed9t bi\u1ebfn c\u0169ng c\u00f3 50% kh\u1ea3 n\u0103ng mang \u0111\u1ed9t bi\u1ebfn t\u01b0\u01a1ng t\u1ef1. mong mu\u1ed1n c\u00f3 con kho\u1ebb m\u1ea1nh khi h\u1ecd mang \u0111\u1ed9t bi\u1ebfn gen l\u00e0m t\u0103ng nguy c\u01a1 m\u1eafc h\u1ed9i ch\u1ee9ng ung th\u01b0 di truy\u1ec1n n\u00e0y.\u00a0Ch\u1ea9n \u0111o\u00e1n di truy\u1ec1n ti\u1ec1n l\u00e0m t\u1ed5 (PGD) l\u00e0 m\u1ed9t th\u1ee7 thu\u1eadt y khoa \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c th\u1ef1c hi\u1ec7n k\u1ebft h\u1ee3p v\u1edbi th\u1ee5 tinh trong \u1ed1ng nghi\u1ec7m (IVF).\u00a0Th\u1ee7 thu\u1eadt n\u00e0y cho ph\u00e9p nh\u1eefng ng\u01b0\u1eddi \u0111\u00e3 bi\u1ebft mang m\u1ed9t \u0111\u1ed9t bi\u1ebfn gen c\u1ee5 th\u1ec3 gi\u1ea3m thi\u1ec3u kh\u1ea3 n\u0103ng con c\u00e1i h\u1ecd b\u1ecb di truy\u1ec1n \u0111\u1ed9t bi\u1ebfn n\u00e0y.\u00a0Trong ph\u01b0\u01a1ng ph\u00e1p n\u00e0y, tr\u1ee9ng c\u1ee7a v\u00e0 \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c \u00e1p d\u1ee5ng cho m\u1ed9t s\u1ed1 h\u1ed9i ch\u1ee9ng ung th\u01b0 c\u00f3 khuynh h\u01b0\u1edbng di truy\u1ec1n.\u00a0Tuy nhi\u00ean, \u0111\u00e2y l\u00e0 m\u1ed9t th\u1ee7 thu\u1eadt ph\u1ee9c t\u1ea1p v\u1edbi nhi\u1ec1u v\u1ea5n \u0111\u1ec1 c\u1ea7n xem x\u00e9t tr\u01b0\u1edbc khi b\u1eaft \u0111\u1ea7u nh\u01b0 t\u00e0i ch\u00ednh, th\u1ec3 ch\u1ea5t v\u00e0 c\u1ea3m x\u00fac.\u00a0\u0110\u1ec3 bi\u1ebft th\u00eam th\u00f4ng tin, h\u00e3y n\u00f3i chuy\u1ec7n v\u1edbi chuy\u00ean gia h\u1ed7 tr\u1ee3 sinh s\u1ea3n t\u1ea1i ph\u00f2ng kh\u00e1m t\u01b0 v\u1ea5n sinh s\u1ea3n.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>JPS ph\u1ed5 bi\u1ebfn nh\u01b0 th\u1ebf n\u00e0o?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Ng\u01b0\u1eddi ta \u01b0\u1edbc t\u00ednh r\u1eb1ng t\u1ef7 l\u1ec7 m\u1eafc JPS t\u1eeb 1\/16.000 \u0111\u1ebfn 1\/100.000 ng\u01b0\u1eddi.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Ch\u1ea9n \u0111o\u00e1n JPS nh\u01b0 th\u1ebf n\u00e0o?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Ch\u1ea9n \u0111o\u00e1n JPS \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c kh\u1eb3ng \u0111\u1ecbnh n\u1ebfu c\u00e1c tri\u1ec7u ch\u1ee9ng v\u00e0 ti\u1ec1n s\u1eed gia \u0111\u00ecnh ph\u00f9 h\u1ee3p v\u1edbi b\u1ea5t k\u1ef3 ti\u00eau chu\u1ea9n n\u00e0o trong 3 ti\u00eau chu\u1ea9n \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c li\u1ec7t k\u00ea \u1edf tr\u00ean.\u00a0Nh\u1eefng ng\u01b0\u1eddi b\u1ecb JPS c\u00f3 th\u1ec3 x\u00e9t nghi\u1ec7m m\u00e1u \u0111\u1ec3 ph\u00e1t hi\u1ec7n \u0111\u1ed9t bi\u1ebfn gen\u00a0<em>BMPR1A<\/em>\u00a0ho\u1eb7c gen\u00a0<em>SMAD4<\/em>\u00a0.\u00a0Trong tr\u01b0\u1eddng h\u1ee3p t\u00ecm th\u1ea5y m\u1ed9t \u0111\u1ed9t bi\u1ebfn gen c\u1ee5 th\u1ec3, c\u00e1c th\u00e0nh vi\u00ean kh\u00e1c trong gia \u0111\u00ecnh c\u0169ng s\u1ebd \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c ch\u1ea9n \u0111o\u00e1n m\u1eafc JPS n\u1ebfu k\u1ebft qu\u1ea3 x\u00e9t nghi\u1ec7m c\u1ee7a h\u1ecd c\u00f3 c\u00f9ng \u0111\u1ed9t bi\u1ebfn t\u01b0\u01a1ng t\u1ef1.<\/p>\n<p>C\u00f3 th\u1ec3 c\u00f3 c\u00e1c gen kh\u00e1c li\u00ean quan \u0111\u1ebfn JPS ch\u01b0a \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c x\u00e1c \u0111\u1ecbnh, do v\u1eady, n\u1ebfu k\u1ebft qu\u1ea3 x\u00e9t nghi\u1ec7m m\u00e1u tr\u1ea3 v\u1ec1 l\u00e0 \u00e2m t\u00ednh (c\u00f3 ngh\u0129a l\u00e0 kh\u00f4ng t\u00ecm th\u1ea5y \u0111\u1ed9t bi\u1ebfn gen) th\u00ec c\u0169ng kh\u00f4ng th\u1ec3 kh\u1eb3ng \u0111\u1ecbnh ng\u01b0\u1eddi \u0111\u00f3 kh\u00f4ng m\u1eafc JPS .\u00a0Do \u0111\u00f3, tham v\u1ea5n chuy\u00ean gia di truy\u1ec1n \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c khuy\u1ebfn ngh\u1ecb cho nh\u1eefng ng\u01b0\u1eddi c\u00f3 ti\u1ec1n s\u1eed gia \u0111\u00ecnh m\u1eafc JPS ho\u1eb7c c\u00f3 c\u00e1c tri\u1ec7u ch\u1ee9ng g\u1ee3i \u00fd JPS.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>C\u00e1c \u01b0\u1edbc t\u00ednh v\u1ec1 nguy c\u01a1 ung th\u01b0 li\u00ean quan \u0111\u1ebfn JPS nh\u01b0 th\u1ebf n\u00e0o?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Nh\u1eefng ng\u01b0\u1eddi m\u1eafc JPS \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c xem l\u00e0 c\u00f3 nguy c\u01a1 m\u1eafc ung th\u01b0 \u0111\u1ea1i tr\u1ef1c tr\u00e0ng, d\u1ea1 d\u00e0y, ru\u1ed9t non v\u00e0\u00a0t\u1ee5y.\u00a0\u01af\u1edbc t\u00ednh v\u1ec1 nguy c\u01a1 ung th\u01b0 chung li\u00ean quan \u0111\u1ebfn JPS l\u00e0 t\u1eeb 9% \u0111\u1ebfn 50%, nh\u01b0ng ch\u01b0a x\u00e1c \u0111\u1ecbnh \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c nguy c\u01a1 \u0111\u1ed1i v\u1edbi t\u1eebng lo\u1ea1i ung th\u01b0 c\u1ee5 th\u1ec3.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Nh\u1eefng nguy c\u01a1 kh\u00e1c li\u00ean quan \u0111\u1ebfn JPS l\u00e0 g\u00ec?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Nh\u1eefng c\u00e1 nh\u00e2n mang \u0111\u1ed9t bi\u1ebfn gen\u00a0<em>SMAD4<\/em>\u00a0c\u00f3 nguy c\u01a1 m\u1eafc b\u1ec7nh gi\u00e3n m\u1ea1ch mao xu\u1ea5t huy\u1ebft di truy\u1ec1n (Hereditary Hemerrhagic Telangiectasia &#8211; HHT).
