M\u1ed9t b\u00e1o c\u00e1o tr\u01b0\u1eddng h\u1ee3p b\u1ec7nh nh\u00e2n ch\u0103m s\u00f3c gi\u1ea3m nh\u1eb9 s\u1eed d\u1ee5ng <strong>capsaicin 0,025%<\/strong> \u0111\u1ec3 gi\u1ea3m \u0111au chi tr\u00ean khi kh\u00f4ng d\u00f9ng \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c opioid c\u0169ng cho th\u1ea5y l\u1ee3i \u00edch c\u1ee7a capsaicin.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Mi\u1ebfng d\u00e1n ch\u1ee9a <strong>capsaicin n\u1ed3ng \u0111\u1ed9 cao<\/strong> \u0111\u00e3 \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c ch\u1ee9ng minh l\u00e0 <strong>an to\u00e0n v\u00e0 hi\u1ec7u qu\u1ea3 \u0111\u1ed1i v\u1edbi ch\u1ee9ng \u0111au d\u00e2y th\u1ea7n kinh sau ph\u1eabu thu\u1eadt<\/strong>, v\u00e0 \u0111\u00e3 \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c ch\u1ea5p thu\u1eadn cho s\u1eed d\u1ee5ng theo \u0111\u01a1n. C\u00e1c d\u1eef li\u1ec7u c\u0169ng cho th\u1ea5y capsaicin c\u00f3 t\u00e1c d\u1ee5ng gi\u1ea3m \u0111au t\u1ed1t h\u01a1n pregabalin v\u00e0 hi\u1ec7u qu\u1ea3 \u0111\u1ed1i v\u1edbi b\u1ec7nh th\u1ea7n kinh ngo\u1ea1i vi do ti\u1ec3u \u0111\u01b0\u1eddng, \u0111au th\u1ea7n kinh d\u1ecb d\u1ea1ng v\u00e0 \u0111au th\u1ea7n kinh ph\u00e1t sinh do b\u1ec7nh l\u00fd ph\u00f3ng x\u1ea1 nh\u01b0ng kh\u00f4ng li\u00ean quan \u0111\u1ebfn HIV. Tuy nhi\u00ean mi\u1ebfng d\u00e1n ch\u1ec9 \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c khuy\u1ebfn c\u00e1o s\u1eed d\u1ee5ng khi c\u00e1c li\u1ec7u ph\u00e1p kh\u00e1c \u0111\u00e3 th\u1ea5t b\u1ea1i do s\u1ed1 l\u01b0\u1ee3ng nh\u1ecf b\u1ec7nh nh\u00e2n \u0111\u1ea1t \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c hi\u1ec7u qu\u1ea3 (<em>1\/8<\/em>) v\u00e0 c\u00e1c nguy c\u01a1 ch\u01b0a r\u00f5 r\u00e0ng. Capsaicin n\u1ed3ng \u0111\u1ed9 th\u1ea5p \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c x\u00e1c \u0111\u1ecbnh l\u00e0 kh\u00f4ng c\u00f3 t\u00e1c d\u1ee5ng cho c\u00e1c t\u00ecnh tr\u1ea1ng n\u00e0y tr\u00ean l\u00e2m s\u00e0ng. C\u00e1c d\u1eef li\u1ec7u c\u0169ng h\u1ea1n ch\u1ebf \u0111\u1ed1i v\u1edbi c\u00e1c b\u1ec7nh nh\u00e2n b\u1ecb b\u1ec7nh th\u1ea7n kinh sau ph\u1eabu thu\u1eadt c\u1eaft b\u1ecf v\u00fa.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">M\u1ed9t nghi\u00ean c\u1ee9u s\u01a1 b\u1ed9 cho th\u1ea5y b\u00f4i thu\u1ed1c m\u1ee1 <strong>capsaicin 0,025%<\/strong> v\u00e0o \u1ed1ng tai ngo\u00e0i gi\u00fap c\u1ea3i thi\u1ec7n ch\u1ee9c n\u0103ng nu\u1ed1t \u1edf b\u1ec7nh nh\u00e2n cao tu\u1ed5i m\u1eafc ch\u1ee9ng kh\u00f3 nu\u1ed1t. Trong c\u00e1c b\u00e1o c\u00e1o kh\u00e1c, m\u1ed9t s\u1ed1 tr\u01b0\u1eddng h\u1ee3p capsaicin b\u00f4i t\u1ea1i ch\u1ed7 c\u00f3 th\u1ec3 \u0111i\u1ec1u tr\u1ecb tri\u1ec7u ch\u1ee9ng n\u00f4n do c\u1ea7n sa. V\u00ed d\u1ee5, capsaicin \u0111\u00e3 \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c ch\u1ee9ng minh c\u00f3 t\u00e1c d\u1ee5ng ch\u1ed1ng t\u0103ng sinh v\u00e0 t\u00e1c d\u1ee5ng gi\u1ed1ng v\u1edbi h\u00f3a tr\u1ecb li\u1ec7u \u0111\u1ed1i v\u1edbi c\u00e1c d\u00f2ng t\u1ebf b\u00e0o kh\u00e1c nhau bao g\u1ed3m t\u1ebf b\u00e0o ung th\u01b0 v\u00fa, b\u00e0ng quang v\u00e0 tuy\u1ebfn ti\u1ec1n li\u1ec7t. Tuy nhi\u00ean vi\u1ec7c b\u00f4i capsaicin t\u1ea1i ch\u1ed7 trong th\u1eddi gian d\u00e0i \u0111\u00e3 \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c ch\u1ee9ng minh g\u00e2y t\u0103ng sinh c\u00e1c t\u1ebf b\u00e0o ung th\u01b0 da \u1edf chu\u1ed9t \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c s\u1eed d\u1ee5ng ch\u1ea5t k\u00edch th\u00edch kh\u1ed1i u, m\u1eb7c d\u00f9 t\u00e1c d\u1ee5ng \u0111\u00f3 c\u00f3 th\u1ec3 ph\u1ee5 thu\u1ed9c n\u1ed3ng \u0111\u1ed9. Ngo\u00e0i ra, caspaicin l\u00e0 ch\u1ea5t \u0111\u1ed3ng g\u00e2y ung th\u01b0 \u0111\u1ed1i v\u1edbi t\u00e1c nh\u00e2n h\u00f3a h\u1ecdc g\u00e2y ung th\u01b0 da th\u00f4ng qua trung gian l\u00e0 y\u1ebfu t\u1ed1 t\u0103ng tr\u01b0\u1edfng bi\u1ec3u b\u00ec (<em>EGFR<\/em>) ch\u1ee9 kh\u00f4ng ph\u1ea3i TRPV1. T\u00ecm hi\u1ec3u th\u00eam v\u1ec1 qu\u00e1 tr\u00ecnh ch\u1ebft t\u1ebf b\u00e0o theo ch\u01b0\u01a1ng tr\u00ecnh do capsaicin g\u00e2y ra \u1edf t\u1ebf b\u00e0o u th\u1ea7n kinh \u0111\u1ec7m, cho th\u1ea5y r\u1eb1ng nguy\u00ean nh\u00e2n c\u00f3 th\u1ec3 l\u00e0 do vi\u1ec7c \u1ee9c ch\u1ebf qu\u00e1 tr\u00ecnh t\u1ef1 th\u1ef1c b\u00e0o.
